How To Request Products
Are you a registered charity, community group, non-profit or school? Are you looking to provide essential items that help people living in poverty? Are you ready to start building a society where no-one is in need because nothing is wasted? Then simply follow these steps so that we can start working together to reduce need, promote hope, and encourage mutual support.
1. Register
Complete the registration form. Once we have all the information we need from you, we’ll notify you when your account is active.
2. Request items
Log in to request the items you need, letting us know exactly how they will be used. While we may not be able to allocate all items, we’ll try our best.
3. Delivery
While all goods are free, you’ll get an estimated delivery cost. However, if you can collect from our Leicester warehouse, there’s no charge at all.
4. Achieve impact
You can now pass items to beneficiaries. Please collect their feedback using the forms provided, so we can continue to improve our service to them.
